Job Description for BDM
Identification of new opportunities and prospects bidding portals like Elance, Guru, Upwork, Freelancer etc.
Experience on multiple methods – internet, LinkedIn, references, cold calls, channels, marketing campaigns, Webinars etc. will be an added advantage.
Involved in the complete sales process from initial research, prospecting, bidding and cold calling to closing of the requirements.
Initial communication to seek work related requirements from clients via Voice Calls, IMs and Emails.
Regular follow ups for new business.
Giving online presentations and demos to the clients.
Negotiating and closing deals with the customers.
Coordinating with Project team to provide speculations and estimations to the clients.
Preparing proposals and Scope of Work.
Proposing right solutions for the needs of customers in a precise and accurate way.
Clear explanation of project requirements to Technical team or Development team.
Review the development process.
