Job Description

1. Create daily lead sources.
2. Screen all leads for accreditation eligibility before contacting the business.
3. Maintain established minimum standard of performance.
4.Customer care - Manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs; meet commitments.
5.Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships.
6.Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
7. Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
