Responsibilities and Duties Receive and respond to customer inquiries concerns over email, chat or the web Maintain and support customer cases and inquiries through satisfactory completion Wow customers with your ability to answer their questions and solve their problems with professionalism Ultimately you will provide excellent customer service that keeps the customer coming back Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications Superior customer service skills and team work. Ability to solve complex situational problems and independently make decisions based on available information and experience. Exceptional written business communication skills . Computer savvy with Microsoft office skills. College degree preferred; some programs require diploma. The passion and drive to make a difference. Experience in a service industry such as a BPO, call center, hospitality, retail or other customer service-oriented organization preferred. Must live in or willing to relocate to Ahmedabad.
